It was simple to set-up. Took me maybe 10 minutes. But more importantly it isn't made of cheap materials. The grill box is made of sturdy stainless steel, real grilling grates inside and strong legs that are even adjustable.
But the best part about the grill was its results -- delicious, evenly-cooked meats and vegetables. The grill heats up quickly and the grilling surface cooks EVENLY. Something other portable grills just can't seem to get right. I've cooked juicy steaks, sausages, and bbq chicken on this thing and every bite of it has been delicious.
I tailgate to football games, beach bbqs and other events frequently, and this lets me cook like I'm on my full-size grill at home. My friends think the results on the Cuisinart may be even better. Not to mention the simple portability. Legs fold up and under, grill box actually locks shut and you're on the move. It's light and easy to carry. Wish I had this thing years ago for all the charcoal and crappy grills I've dragged around!
Just a solid product all around from Cuisinart. I highly recommend for any bbq/grilling enthusiast.
