(More customer reviews)The title says it all. It's easy to assemble and easy to use. Once you get the nack of it, the tempuature is easy to set. And the temp will stay where you want it,even on a windy day. I assembled it on Sunday and by the following Saturday I had used it 3 times. The first thing I smoked was a brisket. This was the first brisket I had ever cooked, and it came out perfect! Next was hickory smoked bbq chicken breast. I lightly smoked them till just about done. Then placed them in aluminum pan applied the sauce and placed it back in the smoker to finish. They were tender juicey and delicious. By Saturday it was a Hickory smoked Boston Butt for hand pulled BBQ and a 2 foot link of country sausage. Our dinner guest ate everything. I've only had it for a week now and already have plans to use it again in a few days.
