(More customer reviews)I have not used the grill yet.It seems solid and I expect it will work well. The problem is putting it together! I you have someone to help you may have a chance to
to get it done in two days. There is no written instructions, just diagrams that are
very diffucult to interpret. No list of tools, you will need about six tools and most homes would not have more than four.
I have always considered myself a good mechanic but I am not a rocket scientist or
an Einstien. I did call the service department for help on putting on the left front
door that had a hole drilled in the wrong place, she offered me a large section and
said it would arrive in two to three weeks. I told her that I could easily drill the hole in the proper place but was informed that would void the warrantee.
My best advise is simply stay away from all types of these grills

The Signet Series has deck appeal, plenty of cooking space, and power to satisfy the most demanding outdoor chef. Thick, heavy cast iron cooking grids offer superb heat retention to quickly sear foods and are reversible with searing points on one side and channels on the other. The large deep oven makes the Signet ideal for convection cooking large roasts and even large turkeys. At Broil King, our barbeques are built by people who love to grill. For decades we have been building grills for barbeque enthusiasts all over the world. The heart of the grill is the oven itself. While an inferior cookbox is less expensive to manufacture, Broil King's cast aluminum oven is superior in every way. Aluminum is rust-proof, retains heat for even and efficient cooking, and because it is die-cast - not stamped - we are able to mold it into a shape that will improve cooking performance.
