(More customer reviews)This outdoor product is not a grill. It is a convection oven that grays your meat, sausage, etc. rather than grilling it. If you were expecting searing hot grates that left characteristic grill marks, forget it. On top of that, the one I got didn't ever get hot and there's no returning it once you've tried it. Don't be fooled - this is not a grill.
