(More customer reviews)This thermometer works well and it can take the high heat generated by a gas BBQ grill. (The Taylor thermometer I bought first broke the first time I used it.) It mounts easily in a 3/8" hole in the lid of the grill. However, after purchasing and using this item from here at Amazon, I discovered it's available elsewhere on the web for one-third their price!
